Transfield (2014-current) and Spotless – for the Department of Defence (2002-2014)
Provision of maintenance on all plumbing infrastructure on nine Defence bases in the Top End of the NT. The work includes servicing and repairs of water and sewer infrastructure including sewer pump stations, water mains, road crossings and drain camera diagnostics and reporting, backflow prevention testing and repairs.
Billi Pty Ltd
After three years with Billi as a service agent, GMS identified the benefits to Billi of providing a dedicated sales service. GMS is working with Billi to promote the product locally and offer readily available spare parts and new units to the Northern Territory.

Routine plumbing maintenance for tenanted properties.
Regional Asset Maintenance/Conoco Phillips (2011-2015)
Provided a full range of plumbing maintenance services - backflow prevention, testing and repairs; water leaks; fixture maintenance; connect/disconnect kitchenettes and demountables for scheduled maintenance shut-downs at the Darwin LNG Plant.
Defence Housing Authority (2011-2014)
Provided a full range of plumbing maintenance services to DHA tenanted properties.
Arup/Knights Capital Management (2012)
Project to remove existing waste water treatment system and connect sewer to newly installed pump station. Scope of work included running of new sewer pipe, installation of two pumps and converting primary tanks to storage.
Spotless – for the Department of Defence (2010)
Shoal Bay Water Line replacement – this project required 2 km of water line to be replaced at Shoal Bay Defence Base within a 3 month period. The site required high levels of safety, environmental considerations and extreme care due to the presence of communication cabling critical to the function of the high security base.
Group Training NT (2010)
Water audit of building with recommendations. Replaced tapware and toilets to achieve 50% reduction in water usage and reduce maintenance costs.
